Rotala sp ‘Vietnam’ – 5cm pot

Rotala sp. ‘Vietnam’ is a fine-leaved, beautifully coloured stem plant.

It has a similar appearance to Rotala wallichii; possibly it is also a form of this species.

Rotala sp stem’s are dark red like Rotala sp. ‘Cambodia’. R. sp. ‘Vietnam’ differs from the latter two plants by having somewhat longer leaves, up to about 2.5 cm long. These have a lighter shade than in R. sp. ‘Cambodia’. It prefers about the same culture conditions as Rotala wallichii; rather strong lighting, soft water, CO₂ supply and regular fertilization with macro- and micronutrients are recommended for healthy growth.
