The  Algae and Oak wafers are specially formulated to meet the dietary needs of wood-eating fish, such as Plecos, Peckoltia, and other larger algae and wood-eating aquarium species. These wafers contain oak bark, which provides essential roughage, promoting efficient digestion and overall health. The oak bark content makes these wafers an excellent addition to your aquarium’s wood pieces, helping replicate the natural habitat of these species.

Each wafer is 17mm in diameter and dissolves slowly in water, allowing fish to graze naturally. The slow dissolution mimics the foraging behaviour of wood-eating fish, encouraging them to feed in a way that closely resembles their behaviour in the wild. This natural feeding method promotes better health and feeding habits for your fish.

Feeding Instructions:
Feed 1-2 times per day, offering as much as your fish can consume within 20 minutes. If feeding small fish, break wafers into smaller pieces.
